Just Like Autumn Leaves, We’re In For A Change

“Maybe by the time summers done I’ll be able to be honest, capable of holding you in my arms without letting you fall” or maybe I’ll be 3x messier and still chasing my swallowed feelings down with vodka tonics.

Regardless of the reasoning, change is always pretty hard. But what wasn’t hard was trading in the dehydration and sweat stained tanks for some leather and lace. Don’t get me wrong summer in the city is a beautiful thing but nothing will ever top a New York autumn. New York City is nothing but beautiful people in beautiful clothing and for a few short months we’re able to mix and match all aspects of our wardrobe

The ending of summer, much like the ending of your favorite book or favorite movie is always bittersweet. Happy to have experienced all that I have, happy to have grown as much as I have and incredibly ecstatic about whats next for me. Change can be so tough, but where there’s change there is growth and there is nothing more rewarding than that.

Living in New York City as an aspiring "artist"- creative writing and short films mostly. But really just a party girl who spends everyones money but her own. Passes time by sitting in gardens watching documentaries on psychopathic kids and hunting down vintage prada. She likes the summer city at 2am, sparking rosé and she wants pet a snake. She's the prettiest girl at the party and she can prove it with a solid right hook.
